💵 Total Investment: $300
🔒 A $150 non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve your session and is applied toward the total balance

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Portrait Session Cancellations
The client forfeits the session deposit paid at the time of booking if they choose to cancel their portrait session. However, this retainer may be credited toward a future session if the client contacts COYOTE BROWN MEDIA at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. The new session must be rebooked for a mutually agreeable date and time.
Photographer Unavailability
In the unlikely event that COYOTE BROWN MEDIA is unable to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, injury, an act of God, act of terrorism, or any other situation beyond the company's control, every reasonable effort will be made to secure a suitable replacement photographer.
If a replacement cannot be found, COYOTE BROWN MEDIA's liability is limited to the return of 50% of the deposit fee received for the affected event(s).
Loss or Damage of Digital Files
In the rare instance that digital files are lost, stolen, or destroyed due to circumstances beyond COYOTE BROWN MEDIA’s control—including, but not limited to, equipment malfunction, hard drive failure, or theft—liability is limited to a 50% refund of the deposit fee received for the affected event(s).
COYOTE BROWN MEDIA is not responsible for the loss or damage of images after the final delivery of all products included in the client’s package.
Payment Policy
For all portrait sessions, a non-refundable session retainer is required to secure and hold your session date. This retainer also serves as a cancellation fee. Upon the photographer’s approval, the retainer may be credited toward a future session if rescheduling becomes necessary. The remaining balance is due in full at the time of the session. No images will be delivered until the balance is paid in full.
